We have been local rental property owners since 1987.
 
We own and manage about 100 rentals and are working to improve our community through professional management of rental real estate.   
 
There are no rental application fees, commissions or other fees.
 

 

 

  • We encourage renters to become home owners by offering Rent-to-Own leases. 
    If you are renting a property and would like to own, let us know.

 

  • Our maintenance line is open 24/7 and repairs are done in a timely, professional manner.  

 

  • Our transfer policy will allow you first chance at new vacancies.  If you wish to change your rental, and you are a tenant in good standing, let us know what you need. 

 

  • Call us for references from our current tenants.
